Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fragrance Lab Assistant role based in the United Arab Emirates.
The Fragrance Lab Assistant will support fragrance development by preparing samples, organizing raw materials, and maintaining the laboratory environment.
Key responsibilities include assisting in tests and experiments, following quality standards, labeling and documenting samples accurately, and supporting the creative and technical teams in research and production processes.
Qualifications
- Lab work and research skills, including sample preparation and analysis
- Attention to detail and proficiency in labeling, record-keeping, and documentation
- Strong organizational abilities for managing materials, equipment, and schedules
- Knowledge of fragrance development or previous experience in the beauty or perfumery industry is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards in laboratory environments
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field is advantageous but not required
