Competitive salary commensurate with experience, qualifications, and location.

Indicative range:

$75,000 – $115,000 (USD equivalent), plus benefits.

Role Overview

We are hiring an FP&A Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting.

The role combines clean modeling with sharp business sense — turning raw data into the numbers leadership uses to plan and decide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range plans
  • Run monthly variance analysis and management reporting
  • Build models for new initiatives, hiring plans, and scenario analysis
  • Partner with department leads on budget ownership and tracking
  • Support board materials, investor reporting, and ad-hoc analysis
  • Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • 2+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance
  • Strong Excel modeling and financial statement fluency
  • Working knowledge of planning tools (Adaptive, Anaplan, Pigment, NetSuite Planning)
  • Excellent written communication and structured thinking
  • Comfort with SQL or BI tools is a plus
  • Detail-oriented with strong ownership mindset
