General Accountability
The FP&A Analyst will support financial planning, forecasting, business analysis, and strategic decision-making across the organization.
The role will help build an FP&A function that provides actionable insights to executive leadership and supports company growth.
The analyst will partner with Commercial, Manufacturing, Clinical, R&D, and Corporate functions to translate operations into financial outcomes.
Financial Planning and Forecasting
- Support monthly rolling forecasts, annual budgets, and long-range strategic plans.
- Maintain driver-based forecasting models for revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, headcount, and cash flow.
- Monitor forecast accuracy, identify performance risks and opportunities, and prepare variance analyses.
