• Forecasting and Planning (“FP&A”) Create, manage, and submit Budget & Forecasts. Report and Explain variances to outlook/plan/prior year in a clear manner Establish accuracy in results by anticipating surprises and holding others accountable to outlook Support in quarterly presentations Work closely with Accounting Manager to ensure that Inventory and Cost Accounting processes are in place and metrics established
