FP&A Analyst

Working in partnership, and building relationships with, the global regional finance teams as well as group finance teams to support the internal and external reporting cycle

Consolidation of regional monthly performance and quarterly forecasting into actionable insight

Ability to use and maintain business intelligence tools to deliver both standard and ad-hoc reporting

Develop, own and maintain management reporting dashboards to monitor business performance

Provide valuable data analysis to contribute to accurate financial reporting. Work with the team to drive improvements and ensure data accuracy.

Build, maintain and develop current group reporting to ensure data integrity. Maintaining a strong control environment within the team

Support the annual budget process

Continuous improvement of existing processes across the wider finance planning team to help improve efficiency.

A Qualified or Newly Qualified accountant (ICAS,CIMA,ACCA).

Good communication skills, able to build strong relationships with the wider finance team.

Team player, happy to support the group finance team as required.

Good report writing skills and able to summarise complex information in a clear manner.

Ability to work to tight deadlines, and deliver to a high standard.

"Can do" attitude, flexible to adapting to changing demands and priorities.
