Job Description
BEAM is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support financial planning, business performance analysis, and strategic decision-making across its education business.
The role works closely with senior stakeholders and contributes financial analysis to growth and strategic decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Support preparation of the annual budget and business plan across education entities.
- Analyze business performance, forecasts, and key financial drivers to provide insights to business leaders.
- Challenge planning assumptions and support effective and accurate forecasting.
- Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and sensitivity analyses for business cases and investment decisions.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and ad hoc analysis using Excel and BI tools.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce costs, and enhance financial performance.
- Partner with Finance and business teams to turn data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance.
- CFA Level 1 is mandatory.
- Progress toward the CFA qualification is an advantage.
- The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, consulting, or a similar analytical environment.
