Foundry Test Analyst

As a Foundry Test Analyst , you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of semiconductor devices manufactured within the foundry environment.

Develop, debug, and maintain Automated Test Equipment (ATE) programmes for wafer sort and final testing.

Support new product introduction (NPI) testing activities.

Analyse test data to identify yield trends, anomalies, and root causes.

Perform correlation analysis between wafer sort, final test, and reliability data.

Support test hardware including probe cards, load boards, and sockets.

Interface with design, DFT, process, and reliability teams to optimise testing and manufacturing performance.

Support customer audits and quality reviews when required.

Strong knowledge of semiconductor devices and fabrication processes.
