What you'll do?
own sourcing across every open role - Github, X, hackathon leaderboards, paper authors, open source communities, and the places our customers live
run technical screens yourself: read code, ask useful follow-ups, and separate signal from noise
build the recruiting playbook we do not have yet - outreach, rubrics, calibration, scorecards, and weekly hiring reviews
own pipeline metrics and tell us where the system is broken: conversion, source quality, time to offer, and offer acceptance
partner with engineering and GTM leads to turn vague hiring needs into target profiles, sourcing plans, and screens we trust
dogfood Composio to automate outreach, candidate tracking, and reporting
