About Our Client

  • Our client is an internationally established real estate investment and development group currently expanding its presence in Dubai.
  • We are looking for ambitious, entrepreneurial, and results driven Sales Consultants to join the company's founding sales team in the UAE.

The Opportunity

  • This is not a traditional salaried sales role; it is an opportunity for confident sales professionals who believe their income should reflect their performance.
  • You will initially join on a flexible freelance basis, allowing you to start without making an immediate long term employment commitment.
  • After successfully closing your first transaction, you will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent full time position within the company.

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential property buyers and investors.
  • Build and maintain long term client relationships.
  • Present investment opportunities professionally.
  • Guide clients throughout the complete sales journey.
  • Negotiate and successfully close transactions.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Stay informed about market trends and investment opportunities.
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, account management, or client facing roles.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive attitude.
  • Self motivated and performance driven.
  • Comfortable working independently.
  • Fluent English is essential.
  • Additional languages such as Arabic, German, Russian, French, Hindi, or Urdu are highly advantageous.
  • Candidates currently based in the UAE are strongly preferred.
