Founding Product Designer

Work directly with CEO on overall strategy and decision-making about product direction

Work with the product team to take ambiguous product ideas and turn them into clear requirements, flows, interactions, and design interfaces.

Create flows, interactions, and designs for multi-surface products: desktop app, web dashboard, notifications, AI outputs, etc.

Rapidly prototype ideas ( Figma , interactive mocks) to test with customers

Create and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, as well as provide thoughtful feedback for others doing the same so you can all do your best work

Collaborate with engineers to ensure designs are buildable, performant, and scalable

Create reusable components, patterns, and documentation as the product scales

Collaboratively define metrics and data points to collect and measure design effectiveness

Run lightweight user research, usability tests, and feedback loops with real operators

Help deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities

Contribute to our design org’s culture by participating in design critiques, mentoring peers, and sharing best practices across teams

3+ years of work or equivalent experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexity

Great attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft , such as composition, typography, and layout of modern AI products

Fluency in interaction design and prototyping in Figma and related tools, to express and refine nuanced design decisions

A track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch —balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
