Build VG Infosystems' AI and digital transformation business in the UAE rather than manage an existing portfolio.

The business covers Generative AI, agents, intelligent automation, data platforms, payments, and cybersecurity alongside established ERP consulting.

Define what the business sells, who it sells to, and how services are delivered.
Shape AI capabilities into offers that enterprise buyers will purchase.
Open and close business with senior technology and finance executives across the UAE and wider GCC.
Build the ecosystem of consultants and technology partners, followed eventually by a team.
Deliver a defined AI proposition, a real pipeline, initial significant UAE engagements, and an emerging delivery capability within 12 months.

Experience selling and delivering enterprise technology or consulting services.
Sufficient AI knowledge to design a solution, not merely discuss AI.
Experience operating without the machinery of a large firm.
Existing UAE or GCC relationships are more important than years of experience or a specific title.
Ability to discuss architecture with technology leaders and transformation business cases with CFOs.
