- Architecting and implementing backend services in Django and PostgreSQL
- Designing and exposing GraphQL APIs to support AI agents and real-time frontends
- Building secure, scalable models for production, procurement, and inventory
- Optimizing database performance and ensuring system reliability at scale
- Contributing to CI/CD pipelines, Docker-based environments, and deployment workflows
- Enabling real-time orchestration across human and AI agents
- 5+ years of backend or full-stack experience with production systems
- Mastery of Python, Django, PostgreSQL, and GraphQL
- Experience designing secure APIs with clear access control
- A track record of owning features end to end — from design to deployment
- Comfort with ambiguity, fast iteration, and cross-disciplinary problem-solving
- Bonus: Familiarity with FEDRAMP, ITAR/DFARS, or secure multi-tenant architectures
- Bonus: Experience with WebSockets, real-time systems, or frontend debugging in React
