About the Role
Join an early-stage, Y Combinator-backed AI marketing automation startup as a Founding Engineer (Full-Stack) . You'll be one of the first engineers on the team, taking full ownership of features from concept through deployment — working directly with founders and customers to shape the product and infrastructure from the ground up.
What You'll Do
Own end-to-end feature development across the full stack: frontend (Vue.js/Nuxt), backend (Node.js/TypeScript), and AI agent integrations (LangGraph)
Architect and maintain robust PostgreSQL database schemas using Supabase, ensuring data integrity and performance
Manage deployments, background jobs, and infrastructure using Render and Inngest; maintain dedicated deployments on Microsoft Azure
Apply user-centric design thinking across the full product lifecycle
Collaborate closely with the operations team and customers (via Slack and Notion) to align technical solutions with real user needs
Contribute to tooling and internal workflows using Linear, GitHub, Slack, and Notion
Required
2+ years of professional software engineering experience delivering full-stack web applications
Hands-on experience with TypeScript and Node.js backend development
