The Founding Engineer will be the first and only in-house engineering headcount for an AI-native Professional Services Automation platform serving agencies and consultancies.

This is a senior/staff-level individual contributor role rather than a CTO role at present.
Responsibilities
- Own the product end to end as a solo generalist across frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
- Keep the live platform healthy by handling incidents, defects, safe releases, and rollbacks.
- Use AI-assisted coding tools while independently verifying correctness, security, and robustness.
- Lead the platform toward ISO 27001 and SOC 2 readiness by April 2027.
- Make AI assistant and orchestration features reliable, measurable, and safe.
