Founding Designer

Own and define all aspects of our design language from our marketing, our product, how we communicate with our customers, and our processes.

Step way beyond the pixels to help define our principles for interacting and communicating with our customers, how we onboard new customers, what their needs are, etc. You'll be helping to drive the product roadmap.

Work directly with customers — including Fortune 500 ops teams — to understand what they actually do all day, then compress it into agent behavior.

Set the quality bar. Early team decisions compound and we believe great design decisions are needed to create great companies.

3+ years in product design with great example of quality interaction designs on consumer or professional consumer products.

A track record of driving large, ambiguous projects to done — not just completing tickets inside someone else's design.

Strong product instincts. You can tell when something is 95% there and still wrong, and you push until it's right.

You want massive ownership on an early team and are energized by the ambiguity that comes with it.

We will create the support and structure so you can comfortably develop and ship UX changes using the latest coding tools.

You will help define the toolset you need to get the job done effectively.
