- Define and own the technical roadmap.
- Lead architecture and infrastructure decisions.
- Oversee MVP development and future platform scaling.
- Build and mentor the technical team.

- Ensure platform security, reliability, and scalability.
- Collaborate closely with product, clinical, and business teams.
Requirements
- 12 15+ years of software engineering experience
- Experience building and launching products from scratch
- Strong experience with modern web technologies, cloud infrastructure, security, APIs, databases, and scalable system design
- Experience leading developers and making technical architecture decisions
- Startup mindset with ability to work in a fast moving environment
- Healthcare or HealthTech experience preferred
- AI/ML product experience preferred

- Currently in MVP development stage, actively building core team before entering pilot and fundraising phases.
Role Overview
- This is a Founding CTO role for someone who wants to build a company from the ground up, take ownership of the technology vision, and become a long term strategic leader.

- 12 15+ years of software engineering experience
