About the role
The Founding Business Operations Manager will help scale the operating system of a rapidly growing AI-native go-to-market company.
The role partners with executive leadership on planning, execution, decision-making, and high-priority company initiatives.
The work spans strategy, data-informed decision-making, operational improvement, and cross-functional execution.
What you’ll do
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
- Own annual planning, quarterly OKRs, headcount planning, and resource allocation.
- Build operating cadences that improve alignment, accountability, and execution.
- Analyze performance and create dashboards, reporting frameworks, and metrics.
- Lead cross-functional projects across Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and Recruiting.
