Location and work arrangement
- The role is based in Bangalore and is 100% in-office.
- Candidates must currently be based in Bangalore.
- Immediate joiners only.
Compensation
- Cash compensation is ₹65 LPA.
- ESOPs will be discussed directly with the founder.
What the company is looking for
- 2–6 years of experience.
- Exceptional hands-on engineering or backend skills.
- Very strong coding and problem-solving ability.
- Deep technical expertise and a strong individual-contributor orientation.
- Backend experience is preferred, but the specific technology stack is not a hard requirement.
