Founding Ai Operator
Are you the person who has quietly taught themselves how to build with AI, automate workflows and create things most people around you don't fully understand?
Maybe you're stuck in a job you've already outgrown.
Maybe you're freelancing or self-employed, doing well enough on your own but missing ambitious people to build alongside.
Maybe you've already tried starting something, but found that doing the selling, building, delivery and decision-making alone eventually becomes the bottleneck.
Or maybe you're simply a free agent: capable, entrepreneurial and full of ideas, but isolated from people who match your pace and see the opportunity in front of us.
Do you spend nights and weekends experimenting with agents, Claude Code, Codex, n8n, APIs or whatever else helps you turn an idea into something real?
You know you're capable of building far more if you just had the right people around you.
Maybe you've even gone to networking or business events looking for those people, only to look around and realise you're the youngest person in the room and still haven't found anyone who really thinks or moves like you.
Then this is probably for you.
One important note upfront:
this isn't a salaried position to begin with.
It starts as project-based collaboration, with commission, revenue share or profit share agreed clearly before any work begins.
More on how that works below.
Intro
- What one ambitious person with the right tools can build, launch and run alone is kind of insane.
- Things that would have needed a proper company and a team of ten only a couple of years ago.
- You've probably already felt that shift.
- You've made things that look like magic to everyone around you.
- Not because somebody told you to, but because you saw where this was going and couldn't help building.
- But you've probably also hit the ceiling of doing it alone.
- Too many ideas.
- Not enough time.
- Nobody to fill the gaps in your skill set.
- Nobody to challenge your thinking, build alongside you or move at the same pace.
- I'm building the team that fixes that.
- What is Sensecore?
- Sensecore is an AI-native company, built around humans and AI agents working together across sales, research, operations, client delivery and implementation.
- We already operate with an AI CEO called George, who delegates work across a team of specialist agents and humans handling everything from prospecting and research to quality control, solution design, delivery and implementation.
- It sounds slightly ridiculous when you say it out loud, but it's undeniable proof of the future.
- The bigger vision is simple.
- I don't think the best companies of the next decade will look anything like traditional companies of today.
- I think they'll be small, sharp teams of AI-native operators who can go from idea to working product faster than businesses ten times their size.
- People who can sell, build, automate and operate, using AI to punch massively above their weight.
- That's the company we're building.
- What I don’t care about:
- What university you went to.
- Whether you have a degree. or references from your past job(s) I care what you can build, sell, ship and learn.
- That's basically it.
- You're probably a fit if:
- You reach for Claude Code, Codex or something similar before anything else.
- You taught yourself n8n, Make, APIs, Python, TypeScript or whatever got the job done.
- You enjoy vibecoding and have shipped working ideas, even if they're just prototypes.
- You've built agents or automations that run without you constantly babysitting them.
- You can take a rough idea and have something working within days, pick up new tools fast without anyone teaching you, and want to build products and companies rather than just tick off tasks.
- You don't need someone managing your hours. You can get on a call with a customer and actually sell something.
- You care about proof over polish, execution over credentials, and want more ownership and upside than a normal career gives you.
- Experience with agent frameworks, MCP, cloud infrastructure, CRMs or LLM APIs is useful, but I care far more about curiosity, speed and whether you've actually built anything.
- What we'll actually build together
- Our core business today is winning and implementing applied AI projects for real businesses.
- That means finding valuable problems, designing the solution, building it and getting it working properly inside the customer's business.
- Around that, we'll also build a mix of things:
- AI agents and digital employees
- Internal tools that remove repetitive work
- New AI products and services
- Small businesses we can launch, test and either scale or kill quickly,
- Solutions for overlooked industries AI can quietly transform, and standalone companies built around the strongest ideas.
- Some of it will fail.
- Fast, ideally.
- Some of it might become something significant.
- The point isn't to sit around having clever conversations about ideas.
- It's to find real problems, build solutions, sell them, test them and learn together.
- How this works
- It's project-based.
- When we take on a client project, product or business opportunity, we agree the responsibilities and economics upfront, in writing, before anything starts.
- That could mean sales commission, revenue share, profit share, product ownership, longer-term equity, or salaried roles as the company grows.
- I'm not looking for anyone to work unpaid.
- I'm looking for entrepreneurial partners who want to build real commercial opportunities and share properly in the result.
- If you consistently show up, execute and make good decisions, that can turn into leadership, equity or a genuine cofounder seat.
- Earned, not handed out because it sounds good on LinkedIn.
- How we work
- Remote first.
- No office to sit in for eight hours just to look busy, no management theatre, no endless meetings about work instead of doing the work.
- Outcomes, ownership and momentum.
- Longer term, I want to bring the core team together for focused building periods in different parts of the world.
- Two weeks here, a month there.
- Work hard, ship things, explore somewhere new and build alongside people you genuinely respect and enjoy working with.
- Sensecore is based in Dubai, but there is no expectation that you relocate.
- For exceptional people who become integral to the company long term, we can support relocation to Dubai, including UAE visa sponsorship.
- Remote or in person, both routes are genuinely available.
How To Apply
- A CV is optional.
- Send me evidence instead, one or more of the following would be great:
- Something you've personally built, automated or launched.
- The AI, coding and automation tools you actually use.
- A hard problem you taught yourself to solve.
- Something you think we could build together.
- What you personally contributed on past projects, and why this beats a normal job for you.
- Links, GitHub, Loom videos, screenshots, demos and working prototypes are all welcome.
- Credentials are optional.
- Evidence isn't.
- Reach out to Olly Mason @ Sensecore via LinkedIn or send us an email to hello @ sensecore.co.uk
