Founding Account Executive

Run outbound prospecting campaigns to book meetings with Talent Acquisition and Security Leaders at target companies.

Manage inbound leads, qualify prospects, and drive them through the sales cycle.

Conduct product demos and technical discovery calls with security teams.

Work directly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and ensure success.

Develop messaging, positioning, and sales collateral that resonates with our buyers.

Collaborate with founders to refine GTM strategy, and identify new growth channels.

Track metrics, run experiments, and iterate quickly based on what's working.

3-7 years of experience in SaaS sales, business development OR you have been a founder before.

You take initiative, love to win and are motivated to build massive pipeline.

You do not wait for instructions, you figure things out and find creative ways to get prospects to book calls and close deals.

You can manage a large prospect list of active leads and relentlessly (and politely) stay on top of prospects that take longer to close.

You communicate in plain language and explain things simply - we’re allergic to complex language.

Thrive in ambiguity you can prioritize, execute, and lead your own pipeline without direction.

You want to work in an early-stage startup, know what it takes and are eager to grow quickly.
