About the Role
ReFresh, a psychosocial compliance platform, is hiring its first commercial team member. You will own the full sales cycle from lead to close, selling to mid-market and enterprise buyers.

Responsibilities
- Run the end to end sales process for deals typically ranging from $15k to $40k ACV with a 2 to 3 month sales cycle
- Build and manage own pipeline through outbound, inbound, and channel partner referrals
- Demo the platform to Head of Work Health and Safety, Chief People Officers, and risk and compliance leads
- Partner with network of 40+ WHS consultants and HR advisors to convert referrals
- Feed insight back into product and go to market team on buyer responses and objections
- Work directly with co founders through critical growth phase
Requirements
- Strong commercial B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in compliance, HR tech, or work health and safety software
- Track record of owning a full sales cycle
- Comfortable selling to mid market buyers across multiple stakeholders
- Disciplined about pipeline management and documenting learnings
- Thrives without a large support structure and excited to build process
- Genuinely cares about the problem space of psychosocial compliance

The opportunity
- ReFresh is the only end to end psychosocial compliance platform in Australia, helping companies detect, assess, control, manage, and govern psychosocial risk obligations.
- This is hire number one on the commercial team; no SDR or polished sales playbook on day one.
- Pre Series A company with proven product, real revenue, and a go to market engine starting to fire.
What you'll do
- Own the full sales cycle from qualified lead to closed deal.
- Run discovery calls, demo the platform, navigate procurement across mid market and enterprise organisations.
- Work with partner network to convert warm referrals.
- Help sharpen outbound playbook alongside founder led sales.
Who you are
- Strong commercial B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in compliance, HR tech, or work health and safety software.
- Track record of owning a full sales cycle.
- Comfortable selling to mid market buyers across multiple stakeholders including legal, HR, operations, and C suite.
- Disciplined about pipeline management and documenting learnings.
- Thrives without a large support structure and excited to build process.
- Genuinely cares about the problem space of psychosocial compliance.
- Bonus: experience selling into WHS, risk, or compliance teams in Australia; or prior experience as an early commercial hire at a startup.
