About Eye

The Role

  • We are hiring Founding Account Executives (independent contractors) to help us build our UAE and ME customer base.
  • This is a fully remote, independent role where you will own the full sales cycle.
  • You will be responsible for: Prospecting and generating your own pipeline (outbound led); Running discovery calls with potential customers; Delivering demos and explaining the product value; Managing the full sales process end to end; Closing new business.

Important Structure

  • This is an independent contractor role (not an employee position).
  • You are not required to work fixed hours.
  • You are responsible for your own activity and pipeline.
  • You are free to structure your work however you choose.
  • You are expected to proactively generate and manage opportunities.
  • This is a performance based role suited for self directed sales professionals.

Ideal Candidate

  • Have experience in B2B SaaS or software sales.
  • Have previously closed deals (not only SDR experience).
  • Are comfortable building and managing their own pipeline.
  • Can operate independently without heavy structure.
  • Have strong outbound and consultative selling skills.
  • Are motivated by uncapped commission upside.
  • Are comfortable working in an early stage startup environment.
  • Experience selling to mid market or enterprise clients is a plus.

Compensation

  • Each customer has an average annual contract value of $10,000 USD.
  • You earn 20% commission per closed deal (~$2,000 USD per customer).
  • Commission is paid when the customer pays their first invoice.
  • There is no cap on earnings.

Performance Benchmarks

  • ~1 closed deal per month (baseline performance).
  • 2–4+ deals per month for top performers.
  • This is a guideline to understand potential, not a guaranteed quota.

Future Opportunity

  • We are a UK based company. Top performing contractors may have the opportunity to transition into more formalized roles as we expand our MEA operations.
