Requirements

• Proven experience in operations, HR, supply chain, or executive support with a minimum of 1 year in a similar capacity.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, pivot tables, macros), data modeling, and dashboard creation.
• Demonstrated success in vendor coordination, contract management, and performance evaluation.
• Strong understanding of HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, payroll support, and compliance (e.g., labor laws, recordkeeping).
• Experience in supply chain operations, procurement, inventory management, or logistics is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive information.
• Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and driving initiatives to completion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
