Responsibilities
- Conduct sales outreach to identify potential customers and manage pipeline
- Coordinate marketing and tech teams, delegate tasks, follow up on progress
- Source and manage influencer partnerships
- Test new product features and provide structured feedback
- Draft investor updates
- Run product demonstrations for prospective customers
Requirements
- Self starter who takes ownership
- Highly organized
- Strong communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, fast moving environment
- Good judgment
- Genuine interest in startups, technology, or the wedding industry is a plus

Company Description
- WedWise is a fast growing platform for brides, grooms, and wedding planners, digitizing wedding planning with AI powered tools.
- The platform is live and growing with real users. This is a part time remote role with potential to become full time.
What You'll Be Doing
- Sales outreach: identifying potential customers, crafting messages, managing pipeline
- Team coordination: keeping marketing and tech teams on track, delegating tasks, following up
- Influencer partnerships: sourcing, reaching out to, and managing relationships
- Product testing: testing new features and providing structured feedback
- Investor updates: drafting regular updates
- Customer demos: running product demonstrations
- Whatever else the business needs
Who We're Looking For
