About the Role
Founder & Investor Success Associate supporting iACCEL GBI and Elevix at the intersection of founders, investors, ecosystem partners, operations, and technology.
The role combines onboarding, relationship management, business development coordination, community outreach, product feedback, and office support.
What You Will Do
- Manage onboarding for founders, investors, and ecosystem partners on Elevix, including outreach, profile completion, documentation, follow-ups, and platform guidance.
- Build relationships with founders, investors, mentors, accelerators, advisors, corporate partners, and service providers.
- Manage prospects, meetings, CRM records, and follow-ups to support business development.
- Use LinkedIn, WhatsApp communities, email, and other digital channels for outreach and community growth.
- Gather user feedback and help translate friction points into product improvements.
- Drive platform completion, activation, and engagement.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders across countries and time zones.
- Support office operations, meeting logistics, visitors, documentation, and events.
