Responsibilities
- Lead TerraStake’s overall vision, strategy, and execution
- Define product and market positioning, validate business model
- Oversee launch of tokenized real estate and land offerings
- Fundraising and investor relations
- Establish partnerships with real estate owners, land operators, legal and regulatory advisors, and technology providers
- Recruit and manage a multidisciplinary team
- Coordinate product development with engineering and design
- Set operational processes for asset verification, income distribution, and secondary market liquidity
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Represent TerraStake in industry events and media
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in founding, co founding, or leading early stage startups, ideally in fintech, proptech, or marketplaces
- Strong background in real estate investment, asset management, or land based businesses
- Knowledge of tokenization, digital assets, or Web3 concepts
- Proven ability in fundraising, investor relations, and stakeholder management
- Experience building and leading cross functional teams
- Strategic and analytical skills in market research, competitive analysis, financial modeling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Comfort working on site in Dubai
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering, or related field

- TerraStake is a marketplace enabling fractional, tokenized ownership of real estate and productive land.
- Investors access institutional grade assets through digital shares; each asset is independently verified and placed in its own legal entity.
- Investors earn automated monthly income from rent and land yield, supported by a built in secondary market.
- Founded in 2026, TerraStake is preparing to launch operations in the UAE, with its initial hub in Dubai.
