YU.SH is a fashion-tech startup developing luxury footwear with integrated smart insole technology, focused on women’s wellbeing.
A project between FashionTech, Wellness, HealthTech, Luxury and Technology.
Backed by international programs such as Styleit and Health Wildcatters, the company is now entering a key development phase and is looking for a Founder Associate to work directly with the founders.
Role
- This is a highly hands-on position, working across multiple areas of the business:
- Business development and partnerships
- Outreach to brands, investors and ecosystem players
- Preparation of presentations and materials
- Event participation and networking
- Product testing and feedback
- Operational support in day-to-day activities
Profile
- Strong interest in fashion, luxury and women-focused products
- Sensitivity towards customer experience, aesthetics and product interaction
- Background in Business, Marketing, Law or related fields
- Strong interest in fashion, startups and innovation
- Fluent in English (Italian is a strong plus)
- Based in Dubai or Milano and willing to relocate
- Proactive, fast learner, and comfortable in a dynamic environment
