Responsibilities
- Oversee all phases of foundation works including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on site execution for complex lifting and construction projects
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams; manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Review technical drawings and method statements, prepare progress reports, and proactively address risks, delays, and design issues
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, support tendering and cost control activities
- Drive continuous improvement in construction methods and project delivery
Requirements
- Strong project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management for foundation and civil construction projects
- Proven experience coordinating on site activities, supervising contractors, and enforcing safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to read and interpret structural and civil drawings, geotechnical reports, and technical specifications related to foundations
- Effective stakeholder management skills with experience collaborating with clients, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certifications (e.g., PMP) are an advantage
- Proficiency with project management and MS Office tools
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in Dubai or GCC region and knowledge of local construction standards are desirable

Role Description
- This is a full time, on site Foundation Construction Project Manager role based in Dubai.
- Oversee all phases of foundation works, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and on site execution for complex lifting and construction projects.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams; manage contractors and subcontractors; ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Review technical drawings and method statements, prepare progress reports, and proactively address risks, delays, and design issues.

Qualifications

- Proficiency with project management and MS Office tools; familiarity with construction planning software is beneficial.
- Demonstrated problem solving, decision making, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast paced environment.
- Fluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Previous experience in Dubai or the broader GCC region and knowledge of local construction standards and regulations are desirable.
