About the Opportunity
As a Forward Planner, you will play a key role in the planning and coordination of maintenance activities that directly support the operational readiness of Australia's submarine fleet. Working within a collaborative and high-performing team, you will develop and manage maintenance work packages, maintain planning data integrity across multiple systems, and contribute to the successful delivery of complex maintenance programs.

Responsibilities
- Develop, coordinate, and maintain maintenance work packages that support the successful delivery of sustainment and maintenance activities.
- Analyse and validate planning and maintenance data, ensuring accuracy and consistency across systems, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with project, engineering, operations, and support teams to align maintenance activities, priorities, and planning outcomes.
- Monitor planning milestones and deliverables, proactively identifying risks, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the integration of maintenance requirements, upgrades, and emerging business priorities into planning activities.
- Maintain planning templates, documentation, and reporting tools that support efficient and effective planning processes.
- Investigate and resolve planning, data, and system-related issues to ensure quality outcomes and minimise rework.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance planning efficiency, data integrity, and process compliance.
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
