About the role
The Forward Deployment Product Manager bridges software engineering and the oil and gas industry.
The role leads end-to-end delivery of software integration and automation solutions for industrial systems and workflows.
The position reports to the Director of Deployment Automation.
Job responsibilities
- Lead Agile ceremonies, including stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Manage concurrent projects, plans, milestones, customer timelines, resources, and critical paths.
- Use Cursor, Claude Code, LLMs, and other AI tools daily to improve productivity.
- Resolve technical and procedural dependencies and blockers.
- Standardize processes, create playbooks and documentation, automate tests and deployment scripts, and productize custom development.
- Ensure deliverables meet heavy-industry safety and reliability standards.
- Coordinate customers and provide transparent progress updates.
