Responsibilities
- Build and leverage AI tools that know our clients (through their data) better than they know themselves.
- Stabilize payroll data flows across regional divisions with distinct business rules.
- Run daily project performance reporting cadences that surface insights, drive actions, measure impact.
- Execute OBIC cycles (Outcome Back Improvement) and operate BasecampOS for ongoing intelligence.
- Triage and resolve data flow issues between field systems and back office platforms.
- Build operational trust across superintendents, payroll teams, controllers, and senior management.

- Problem oriented thinker: client problems become your problems; you ask 'why?' until you find root cause.
- Builder over theorist: you prototype and test rather than theorize endlessly.
- Thrives in ambiguity: comfortable when requirements are messy.
- Bias for impact: you own outcomes, not tasks.
- High initiative, low ego: you spot and solve problems before being asked.
- Data systems, reporting, and analytics expertise: strong experience with system integrations, data reconciliation, reporting workflows.
- Can read a CSV and spot the field that's breaking everything.
- Translate business logic into data reality.
- Can explain the same problem to a foreman and a CFO without either feeling talked down to.
- Detail obsessed without losing sight of business outcomes.
- Work across multiple diverse initiatives simultaneously, each with distinct requirements.
