About the Role
Ode with Anthropic is hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager in Dubai to lead AI product development for enterprise clients. This customer-facing role blends product management, delivery, and strategic consulting.

Responsibilities
- Own the customer relationship end to end as the primary point of contact
- Translate ambiguous business problems into crisp problem statements, user journeys, and success metrics
- Turn messy problems into shipped solutions by defining requirements and plans for engineers
- Drive execution across multiple AI products, coordinating between customers, engineers, designers, and teammates
- Help create demand by engaging in early conversations and identifying expansion opportunities
- Drive adoption and long term impact through rollout, enablement, and change management
- Bring judgment and clarity when requirements are fuzzy or customers change course
Requirements
- Customer facing, high stakes experience leading projects with ambiguous requirements
- 4–8 years in product, consulting, or implementations (or equivalent experience)
- Real product and delivery experience building and shipping products with engineers and designers
- Structured problem solving and communication skills
- Bias for action and ownership
- Comfort with ambiguity and intensity
- AI curiosity and willingness to learn fast
