Forward Deployed Product Design Lead

Experience taking AI-enabled or data-intensive products from concept through production.

Strong understanding of human-AI interaction, including oversight, confidence, escalation, transparency, and failure recovery.

Ability to navigate an existing codebase and contribute production-quality frontend work when appropriate.

Experience with agentic development workflows or designing context and specifications for AI coding agents.

Experience using analytics, user feedback, and operational signals to continuously improve shipped products.

Experience helping organizations adopt AI-enabled product, design, or delivery practices.

Experience working across both greenfield and brownfield products, including internal and customer-facing experiences.

Experience supporting client pursuits through rapid concepts and prototypes that make opportunities tangible early in the sales or discovery process.

Turning ambiguous client challenges into clear, tangible, and buildable product experiences.

Moving quickly from stakeholder conversations and workflows to working prototypes.

Combining product strategy and experience design with hands-on technical experimentation.

Using AI-assisted tools and coded prototyping to accelerate product discovery and delivery.

Working directly with clients, engineers, product leaders, and users rather than operating as a downstream design function.

Designing beyond individual screens to solve complete workflows, systems, and real-world operational challenges.

Staying involved from early product shaping through implementation and production.

Helping define new ways for designers, engineers, and AI tools to work together effectively.
