About the Role
Infinite PL seeks a Forward Deployed Lead to embed with clients in Abu Dhabi, rapidly prototyping AI solutions. The role combines hands-on engineering with customer-facing discovery, leading offshore teams to deliver working pilots.

Responsibilities
- Embed onsite with client and business team, building trusted relationships and running rapid discovery
- Lead end to end development of rapid innovation and fast track solutions from idea to working pilot
- Build hands on prototypes while directing an offshore pod of AI engineers
- Run live, executive level demos for client stakeholders and iterate quickly
- Champion new modalities (video avatars, voice, vision) and rapid data analyses
- Run lightweight safe to experiment checklist to protect move fast culture
- Nominate pilots for graduation and hand them to Production team for hardening and scale
Requirements
- Hands on senior builder or technical lead with proven rapid prototyping experience
- Strong experience with LLMs and agent frameworks
- Genuinely customer facing: confident running discovery, scoping, and live demos
- Comfortable directing technical contributors, including remote or offshore engineers
- Product and innovation mindset, able to work through ambiguity
- Willing and able to be based onsite at the client in the UAE

Role Summary
- This is a Forward Deployed Engineering role. You will be embedded onsite with our client and business team.
- You own the rapid innovation and fast track engine: running discovery, designing and building pilots, creating wow moments.
- You are hands on and customer facing in equal measure.
Key Responsibilities
- Embed onsite with the client and business team, building trusted relationships and running rapid discovery.
- Lead the end to end development of rapid innovation and fast track solutions, from idea to working pilot.
- Build hands on yourself, prototyping AI and agent based solutions, while directing an offshore pod of AI engineers.
- Run live, executive level demos for client stakeholders, gathering feedback and iterating quickly.
- Champion new modalities (e.g., video avatars, voice, vision) and rapid data analyses.
- Run the lightweight safe to experiment checklist, protecting the move fast culture.
- Nominate pilots for graduation and hand them cleanly to the Production team for hardening and scale.
Key Requirements
- Hands on senior builder or technical lead with proven rapid prototyping experience.
- Strong experience with LLMs and agent frameworks, able to design and ship AI solutions end to end.
- Genuinely customer facing: confident running discovery, scoping, and live demos directly with client and executive stakeholders.
- Comfortable directing technical contributors, including remote or offshore engineers.
- Product and innovation mindset, with the ability to work through ambiguity.
- Comfortable with experimentation and knowing when good enough to learn is the right approach.
- Willing and able to be based onsite at the client in the UAE.
Preferred Qualifications
- Startup, venture building, or professional services / client embedded background.
- Experience with multimodal solutions (vision, voice, avatars).
- Strong executive demo and presentation skills.
- Experience delivering for UAE / GCC, government, or large enterprise clients.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
Tech Stack
- Container Apps, Semantic Kernel, LangGraph, Azure OpenAI plus public / low tier models via gateway, React rapid front ends, sandbox landing zone.
