Seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy and integrate AI solutions directly with enterprise customers.
The role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges in production environments.
Location and Work Arrangement
- The position is remote and described as work from anywhere.
Compensation
- The listed payout is $300K-$650K per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure AI models and infrastructure for enterprise clients.
- Troubleshoot real-time technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine customer-focused solutions.
- Maintain documentation for deployed systems, ongoing operations, and future deployments.
- Provide customer training, best practices, technical leadership, and proactive support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments is required.
- Proficiency in Python and AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical issues.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for customer and internal stakeholder interactions.
