Role Overview
The role is for a Forward Deployed Engineer supporting enterprise customer implementations.
The position deploys and integrates AI solutions directly with customers to support seamless implementation and adoption.

Job Type and Compensation
- The position is full-time.
- The stated payout is $300K-$650K per year.
Location
- The position is remote and permits work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure AI models and infrastructure for enterprise clients to meet performance and scalability requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions based on customer needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for deployed systems to support ongoing operations and future deployments.
- Provide technical leadership to customers through training, best practices, and proactive support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments is required.
- Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
