Overview
Hire Feed is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to deploy and integrate AI solutions for enterprise customers. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical leadership.
Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure AI models and infrastructure for enterprise clients to meet performance and scalability requirements
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions based on customer needs
- Develop and maintain documentation for deployed systems to support ongoing operations and future deployments
- Provide technical leadership to customers through training, best practices, and proactive support
Requirements
- Experience with deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments
- Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines is preferred
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers and internal stakeholders
Compensation
- $300K - $650K/yr
