Role Overview
Deploy and integrate AI solutions directly with enterprise customers to support seamless implementation and adoption.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges in production environments.
Engage directly with high-impact clients to drive adoption and success of technical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure AI models and infrastructure for enterprise clients according to performance and scalability requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time to minimize downtime and maintain system reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine customer solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation for deployed systems, ongoing operations, and future deployments.
- Provide customer training, technical guidance, best practices, and proactive support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments is required.
- Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for customers and internal stakeholders.
Compensation
- The stated payout is $300,000-$650,000 per year.
