Full-time Forward Deployed Engineer role focused on deploying and integrating AI solutions directly with enterprise customers.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges in production environments.
Location
- Remote role with work-from-anywhere location stated in the description.
Compensation
- Compensation is listed as $300K-$650K per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure AI models and infrastructure for enterprise clients to meet performance and scalability requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions based on customer needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for deployed systems to support ongoing operations and future deployments.
- Provide technical leadership to customers through training, best practices, and proactive support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments is required.
- Proficiency in Python and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills are required to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are required for customer and stakeholder interaction.
