The role is a Forward Deployed Engineer position for one of Hire Feed’s clients.

Role Overview
The engineer will deploy and integrate AI solutions directly with enterprise customers.
The role supports seamless implementation and adoption while addressing technical challenges in production environments.
The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure AI models and infrastructure for enterprise clients to meet performance and scalability requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in real time to minimise downtime and ensure system reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to gather feedback and refine solutions based on customer needs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for deployed systems.
- Provide customer training, best practices, and proactive technical support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience deploying and scaling AI/ML models in production environments is required.
- Proficiency in Python and a cloud platform such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills are required to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills are required for customer and stakeholder interaction.
