Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and configure AI models and infrastructure for enterprise clients.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real time to minimize downtime and maintain reliability.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to refine solutions based on customer feedback.
- Maintain documentation for deployed systems and future deployments.
- Provide customer training, best practices, and proactive technical support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience deploying and scaling AI or machine learning models in production is required.
- Proficiency in Python and AWS, GCP, or Azure is necessary.
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills for customer and stakeholder interactions.
