- The Forward Deployed Engineers are the part of the AI Tech Team that stays closest to live professional practice.
- Their role is to work with architects, engineers, project directors, commercial leaders, and construction professionals.
- They observe real work, identify where AI can create value, and convert those insights into tools, workflows, and increasingly agent supported methods that can be used more broadly across the firm.
What This Role Is (and Is Not)
- This is a practice embedded capability role, a bridge between real work and AI systems, a builder role focused on useful outcomes.
- This is NOT a remote innovation lab role, a project delivery role, or a replacement for design or engineering professionals.
