Current Need

Key Responsibilities

• Embed with business teams to understand workflows, user needs, constraints, pain points, and outcomes.
• Lead discovery workshops and problem-framing sessions with business, clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders.
• Translate ambiguous needs into problem statements, hypotheses, technical options, prototype scopes, and success criteria.
• Advise on AI, automation, data, and workflow technology choices, including limitations, risks, and tradeoffs.
• Design solution approaches using approved enterprise technologies, architecture patterns, and data assets.
• Build, test, demonstrate, and iterate prototypes, proofs of concept, and thin-slice solutions.
• Apply sound engineering practices so prototype code and design decisions can be reused by delivery teams.
• Use patterns including RAG, copilots, agents, semantic search, decision support, and workflow automation when appropriate.
