What we are looking for

• Fluent Arabic and English are mandatory for the role.

Key responsibilities

• Drive pre-sales discovery, demonstrations, solution design, proofs of concept, and support with Account Executives.
• Help size prospects' deals based on the volume of data to be processed.
• Translate observability challenges into compelling technical solutions using Tsuga.
• Demonstrate solutions for logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting.
• Guide integrations with OpenTelemetry, AWS, GCP, Azure, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Connect customer needs with the product team and resolve small proof-of-concept issues.
• Respond to RFPs and support technical evaluations and procurement processes.
