About North and the Role

In This Role

• Lead end-to-end North deployments in private-cloud and on-premises environments, including planning, configuration, testing, and rollout.
• Assess client infrastructure, security requirements, and data-management practices with enterprise IT teams.
• Design deployment strategies tailored to client needs and privacy and security standards.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues and provide timely solutions to minimize downtime.
• Travel to customer premises approximately 20–40% of the time.

Qualifications

• Experience working directly with customers.
• Experience deploying enterprise software in private or hybrid cloud environments.
• Proven administration experience with large-scale production Kubernetes clusters and expertise with Helm.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Git.
• Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, and virtualization, including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Bonus Qualifications

• Familiarity with GPU node orchestration and scheduling.
• Understanding of GPU infrastructure, inference systems, Kubernetes, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
