What You'Ll Do

• Work directly with customer teams to understand their operations and design Foundry solutions
• Build ontologies, pipelines, and AI agents that deliver measurable business impact
• Own customer relationships from kick-off through delivery
• Ship in weeks, not quarters
• What we're looking for:
• 3+ years hands-on Palantir Foundry experience
• AIP and ontology design on real customer projects
• Strong technical communication, comfortable in customer-facing roles
• Production-grade engineering discipline (testing, version control, performance, security)
• Self-starter, comfortable in a small senior team
