About the Role
Kore.ai seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to bridge deep technical mastery with executive presence, solving complex enterprise problems alongside Fortune 500 customers. The role involves architecting and building agentic AI solutions, engaging with C-suite, and hands-on engineering.

Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted technical authority and primary advisor to customer CIOs, CTOs, and enterprise architects
- Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, value driven narratives for technical and non technical leaders
- Design and facilitate strategic technical workshops, executive briefings, and proof of concept demonstrations
- Design, prototype, and implement solutions using Kore.ai Agent Platform; write code, build integrations, optimize performance, debug production issues
- Partner with executive sales leaders on high value engagements through custom demos and architecture assessments
- Coordinate across cross functional, distributed implementation teams and global time zones
- Synthesize enterprise feedback into actionable product requirements to influence platform roadmap
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of hands on engineering experience in enterprise software, platform engineering, or solutions architecture
- Experience working directly with Fortune 500 / Global 2000 customers and influencing CTOs/CIOs
- Hands on technical proficiency in APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns
- Previous hands on experience with agent frameworks (Kore.ai Platform, LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Crew AI) or multi agent orchestration
- Deep understanding of voice call automation, IVR modernization, speech to text/text to speech pipelines, telephony integrations (SIP/WebRTC)
- Bilingual fluent proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Professional experience at top tier enterprise platform vendors (e.g., Palantir, AWS, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Pega) in solutions facing roles
