About the Role
Consulum is seeking an entrepreneurial Forward Deployed AI Engineer working across AI engineering, product ownership, consulting, and client delivery.
The role translates client and internal business challenges into secure, practical, and scalable agentic AI products.
The role owns solutions from discovery and product definition through prototyping, deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement.
The role also develops reusable components and turns successful client solutions into scalable products and offerings.
Location and Reporting
- The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with travel to client sites as required.
- The role reports to the Head of AI.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with consulting teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges, user needs, and AI product opportunities.
- Own AI solutions across discovery, requirements definition, prototyping, testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Translate open-ended business problems into product requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and delivery roadmaps.
- Design, build, and deploy agentic AI applications using LLMs, RAG, n8n, APIs, and client data sources.
- Support demonstrations, workshops, pilots, implementation, documentation, training, adoption, and presentations to senior government stakeholders.
- Develop reusable modules and accelerators from bespoke client solutions.
- Shape product roadmaps, prioritize capabilities, and evaluate technical and commercial opportunities with the Head of AI.
- Maintain standards for security, data privacy, AI governance, evaluation, and production reliability.
Requirements
- Ability to translate open-ended business problems into product requirements, user stories, technical specifications, and delivery roadmaps.
- Ability to design, build, and deploy agentic AI applications using LLMs, RAG, workflow automation tools such as n8n, APIs, and client data sources.
- Ability to maintain standards for security, data privacy, AI governance, evaluation, and production reliability.
- Ability to work directly with consulting teams, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand business challenges and user needs.
