About the Role
DSCA Building Contracting seeks an experienced Formwork Foreman to supervise and coordinate all formwork activities on high-rise building construction sites. The role requires 5+ years of experience, strong knowledge of conventional and system formwork, and the ability to read construction drawings.

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all formwork activities on site
- Read and interpret construction drawings and formwork plans
- Allocate tasks and manage carpenters, helpers, and subcontractors
- Ensure formwork is erected, aligned, and dismantled safely and according to specifications
- Monitor work progress to meet project schedules and quality standards
- Inspect completed formwork before concrete pouring
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and other trades to avoid delays
- Monitor material usage and report any shortages or damages
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Train and guide workers on proper formwork techniques and safety practices
- Report daily progress, manpower, and site issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Formwork Foreman, preferably in high rise building construction
- Strong knowledge of conventional and system formwork (e.g., Doka, Peri, or similar)
- Ability to read construction drawings
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of UAE construction safety standards is preferred
