Role overview
Eureka! AgResearch is seeking a Formulator on a permanent, full-time basis.
The role supports production operations in a specialised environment focused on consistency, safety and continuous improvement.
The position is based in Sunshine West and is rostered from 1:45pm to 9:45pm.
Production responsibilities
- Prepare and blend chemical batches according to instructions and established procedures.
- Read and follow safety and quality requirements before each campaign.
- Operate measurement equipment and cross-check results against batch sheets.
- Assist with mixing, milling, extruding, drying and coating machinery.
- Follow quality control procedures under supervision.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Clean equipment and plant at the end of each campaign.
Required capabilities
- Hold a current Forklift Licence or High Risk Work Licence.
- Adhere to safety procedures and quality standards.
- Demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy in formulation processes.
- Have planning, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Show a positive attitude and willingness to learn measurement equipment and batch sheet procedures.
